Kerri O'Connor has been designing, building and investing in homes for nearly two decades. In 2002, she purchased, renovated and sold her first condo in the Candler Park neighborhood. Kerri fell in love with Atlanta architecture and designing beautiful living spaces. Her experience managing large commercial projects in the family business helped propel her forward as a leading female entrepreneur & builder in the Atlanta real estate community.
Born in New Orleans, Kerri is the second eldest of 5 siblings. Growing up, her father built a successful business in commercial construction. Kerri quickly learned the family business and took over the day-to-day operations. Her father was also known for hosting & cooking for friends and family, instilling in Kerri the value of hard work, and gathering around the dinner table to build community. Kerri brought this same passion into her work, helping others buy houses and turn them into beautiful homes where families and friends will gather. Although her father has since passed, she is forever grateful for all he taught her, and carries on his legacy.
Buying and selling real estate can be complicated, but when you leverage the experience and creativity that Kerri offers, it becomes an easy and stress-free process. Kerri works directly with investors, sellers and home buyers to create a one-stop real estate investment group. Whether you want to invest in the Atlanta market or purchase your personal property, Kerri and her team bring expertise across all sectors of real estate: Architects, Engineers, Agents, Construction, and Design.
Kerri's mission is to build strong relationships within the Atlanta community, and together, improve the real estate market.
When she's not building & designing homes, you can find her cooking for friends or relaxing with her dog, Brooklyn, and her not-so-mini-pig, Wilbur, at their Reynoldstown home.
